2012/2013 Season
Using a steampunk motif, the
play dramatizes the revenge
Prince Hamlet exacts on his
uncle Claudius for murdering
King Hamlet, Claudius's
brother and Prince Hamlet's
father, and then succeeding
to the throne and taking as
his wife Gertrude, the old
king's widow and Prince
Hamlet's mother.

Written by William Shakespeare
Directed by Mike Putman and Debra
Reeser
It's 1950-something, and Kaye, Peggy, Cheryl
and Donna, four singing sisters from Muncie,
Indiana are making their national television
singing debut on "Spotlight on Music," a
weekly fictitious 1950's television show on
the real-life Dumont Television Network. A
tribute to the girl groups of the 1950's, THE
TAFFETAS pay homage to the sound of the
McGuire Sisters, The Fontane Sisters and the
Chordettes. Remember what Sunday night
television was like on your 12-inch black and
white screen!

A down-and out skid row floral
assistant becomes an overnight
sensation when he discovers an
exotic plant with a mysterious
craving for fresh blood. Soon,
"Audrey II" grows into an
ill-tempered, R&B-singing
carnivore who offers him fame
and fortune in exchange for
feeding its growing appetite,
finally revealing itself to be an
alien creature poised for global
domination
