CTA'S '18-'19 Competition:
The Yellow Boat

The Yellow Boat is such a beautifully written show. For CTA , this piece was a brand new adventure. We stepped out of our comfort zone and did something a little different. Many of our actors had to train to be young children. They had to learn and remember how to express the innocence of a child through art, color, and imagination and executed it flawlessly.
This story touches so many of us in so many different ways, but every time we performed it, there simply wasn't a dry eye in the house. We are so glad to have had the experience of The Yellow Boat and to have been able to share it with audiences from our little rural corner of the world, all the way to Nebraska.
