| GREASE! musical by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey, Directed by Cathie Strickland May 15-16, 2009 This musical takes place during America's 1950's. Danny is a popular hot shot at school and Sandy is sweet do-goody. They have a summer fling, but Sandy, who was going to move for the school year doesn't and ends up going to the same school as Danny. She finds that he is a different boy than the one she knew over the summer and must decide whether they really "go together." |

| The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams Directed by Cathie Strickland February 27-28, 2009 A son's recollection of events that happened ten years earlier, Tom Wingfield, a would-be poet, works in a shoe warehouse to help support the family, but longs to travel the world. His frail sister Laura is a young woman who loves to tend her collection of glass figurines, but real-life encounters make her sick with fright. Their domineering mother Amanda, a one-time Southern debutante who pines over her lost youth and bad marriage, frets over their living conditions and her children's futures. She nags Tom into bringing home "a gentleman caller" for Laura. When the date goes horribly wrong, it leads to a disastrous family split. |

| Tales from Corner's Crypts Written by Mike Putman Directed by Debra Reeser Choir Directed by Pat Putman September 29-30, 2008 An excursion through Corner's cemeteries where the actors portray some of the deceased and distinguished members of the community telling the touring audience members about their living conditions, their friends and families, and their contributions to the Corner and Bagley communities written in the words of their families. This new experiment for CORNER THEATRE promises to be a historical piece that celebrates the lives of these important individuals and celebrates the life of our fine community. |
